At Solar Pool Supply, we take an extremely high level of pride in our shipping and handling methods and timelines. We work to set ourselves apart by providing the highest level of care from the moment your order is placed, till the moment it reaches your doorstep.
We take several precautions to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. If for any reason your order reaches you with any damage, defects, or blemishes – please reach out to us immediately and we will make sure you are taken care of. ORDERS DELIVERED TO THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA
Shipping Rates
Free shipping is provided to all orders greater than $75 USD (roughly $100 CAD) and shipped within the contiguous United States or Canada (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands do not apply for free shipping, however we are 100% capable of shipping to these regions and provide a shipping credit to customers in these regions to help offset the cost). Give us a call if you are placing an order to be delivered to any of these locations and we will get you the lowest rate possible.
USA: For orders with a subtotal of less than $75 USD and shipped within the contiguous United States, a shipping charge of $5.99 will be added to your order during checkout.
Canada: For orders with a subtotal of less than $75 USD (roughly $100 CAD) and shipped to Canada, a shipping charge of $10.00 will be added to your order during checkout (*plus any applicable duties & taxes, which are prepaid during checkout). *See information below for details on International Orders and prepaid duties and taxes.
Handling/Processing Times
All hardware orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.
All orders containing solar panels ship out within 1-3 business days (when panel quantities are 4 or less, orders generally ship within 24 hours – for larger kits & panel packages, orders generally ship within 48-72 hours).
All orders are considered to have taken place in San Diego, California. All sales are governed by California law with exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute in San Diego, California, USA.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
Hardware orders weighing less than 1 lb. will ship via USPS, with a transit estimate of 2-5 business days.
Hardware orders weighing greater than 1 lb., but less than 4 lbs. will generally ship via FedEx Express 2-Day and should arrive at your home within 2-3 business days. Hardware orders weighing greater than 4 lbs. will ship via FedEx Ground and should arrive to your home within 1-5 business days (1-2 day transit times for west coast delivery addresses, 3-4 for central deliveries, and 4-5 day transits for east coast deliveries).
Orders containing solar panels will ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or FedEx Freight Priority (depending on the number of panels purchased). You should expect to receive your order within 2-10 days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Delivered Outside the United States)
Solar Pool Supply is partnered with FedEx Express International and ships products around the world. All international orders shipping to a region with applicable duties & taxes will be able to pay these costs in advance during checkout (NO SURPRISE CHARGES)! The price you pay will be your final delivered amount with all duties, taxes, import fee’s, and shipping costs paid for in advance. We guarantee your order will not include any additional fee’s after your order is placed. Once your order is paid for, we handle all aspects of getting it to your doorstep!*

Delivery Timelines
SHIPPING TIMELINES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY and display the number of days the package is expected to be in transit. These timelines do not include processing/packaging time (referenced above, average 24-72 hours, depending on order size), and do unfortunately have the potential to be delayed due to extreme weather patterns and/or unplanned emergency events. These occurrences are outside both our and our carriers control and although rare, do have the potential to occur.
Please Note: SHIPPING TIMELINES ARE NOT GUARANTEED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We have taken incredible steps to provide highly discounted rates for our international shoppers with the best shipping methods available, however we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that all international shipments will be delivered within the provided timeframes. We understand the urgency of delivering packages in a timely manner and take a great sense of pride in our shipping quality and speed. We go to great lengths to get orders out quickly and work diligently with FedEx to assure orders are picked up each day (except for U.S. federal holidays) and will do everything in our control to meet these deadlines, however as stated above, some conditions that lead to delays in transit are beyond our control. It is always our goal to under-promise and over-deliver.

PRODUCT INSPECTION
Upon delivery, please inspect your package(s) for any signs of damage. All packages leave our warehouse in perfect condition and therefore any damage discovered should be identified and documented at the time of delivery. If any damage is discovered, please call, or e-mail us with photos of the damage and we will make sure your taken care of.
Once your package has arrived, please open, and inspect the condition of your product(s). Any product found to have arrived damaged or defective must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Once this window has elapsed, the recipient acknowledges that the product has arrived free of damage or defect and accepts full responsibility for the condition of the product. Future concerns relating to the performance or function of the product must be addressed through a warranty claim subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
